Doc Killingsworth

Doc is a fun character in the Iron Kindgoms/Warmachine world.  Serving as both ship's cook and surgeon, his stew was suspect and his presence made sailors fight beyond normally crippling injuries since they rather face an opponent injured than be subjected to "surgery."

I painted up two versions of this miniature ...

Ol Rowdy

This was actually a little tougher for me to paint than most of the jacks have been. Mostly because it's a pretty busy model with bumps and ridges and rivets and such. Instead of painting around all the rivets, I had to actually go back and touch them up afterwards. Putting it ...

Dynamo

Now this is a lovely jack to have in my Nemo army. Not just because of it's stats and fluff, but also because it just looks like a sleek racing machine. It was a little tricky to get together but otherwise it was a real blast to paint. I'm very curious to ...

On our regular gaming nights at our local game store, I was asked by a newly visiting player if I could restore/refurbish his Cygnar Stormwall colossal. He gave me a time-limit of 6 days (until our next gaming night). Impulsively (and never to turn-down a challenge) I accepted! I had 6 days to fully restore ...

Play it Painted 1: Cygnar in a week

So as many of my readers know, I supervise a games club for local kids with board games (like Zombies Keep Out!), card games (like BANG! - ONE OF THE BEST GAMES I HAVE EVER PLAYED!) and miniature based games (like Super Dungeon Explore and DUST:Tactics)  and regular leagues for my favorite miniature game(s) Warmachine/Hordes aka "WARMAHORDES!"...
